With nearly three decades of experience as a restaurateur, working hands-on and heart-in-it, Mike knew where YOT should be situated: in one of the most breathtaking waterfront locations imaginable, within the Lauderdale Marine Center. Mike is also the impresario behind Jet Runway Café and Silver Lining Inflight Catering.

YOT also offers yacht provisioning and event production to the already remarkable dining experience.
